What others have to say about Frankie Leonie
“Frankie has the effortless vocal delivery of Stevie Nicks and perfect control over her voice,” said Bedford. “She was a dream to work with, nailing the vocal takes in a matter of minutes. She has a gift well beyond her years, and I’m stoked to see someone so young really find her vocal vibe at such a young age showing all of us old men how it’s supposed to be done.”
-Beau Bedford, The Texas Gentlemen and Modern Electric Sound Recorders
"Frankie dropped by our gig tonight in Dallas and sang us a couple of songs. Y'all keep an eye out for this young lady. One of my favorite singer/songwriters in town, and easily one of the best."
-Vincent Neil Emerson, Singer/Songwriter
"When I first heard Frankie’s voice, it was on the ETX Rocks Show, where she performed her original “Johnny Cash”. I was completely taken in by how earthy and haunting and just gorgeous it was as a whole. Beautifully dark lyrics, with her melody floating along as the perfect compliment. Then I learned she was just a young teenager! I can’t wait to hear what she writes in the coming years! Keep an eye out (and an ear) for this one."
